• Are dogs allowed? Yes - we welcome dogs and the area is perfect for beautiful walks!

• How many dogs can stay? We generally suggest that one or two dogs is best, given the size of the enclosed garden.

• Is the garden enclosed? Yes - there is a small enclosed garden, with a gate which opens in to our field, giving direct access to the footpath network. The garden fence is post and rail, with sheep netting.

• Is EV charging available? Yes - there is an EV charger at the cottage, which is operated via the Monta app.

• Is the property suitable for remote working? Yes - we have superfast fibre wifi and a dedicated workspace. It is great for workation stays, remote working retreats and midweek escapes.

• Is there parking? Yes - there is parking for two cars outside the cottage

• Is a car necessary? A car will give you flexibility given the rural location. However, taxis are available locally, which need to be prebooked via the Tunbridge Wells taxi companies.
